These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the INK AI Tattoo Generator mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service for your personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Any commercial use (including selling, licensing, or using designs as part of paid services) may require our written permission unless explicitly allowed by your plan or local law.

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All rights reserved. We own the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your uploads). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your uploads and generated output solely to provide the Service to you (for example, generating designs, try‑on previews, and saving your history).

INK offers free and premium subscription tiers. Subscription management and entitlement verification may be handled by RevenueCat. By selecting a premium plan, you authorize the applicable app store to charge your payment method.

  Billing CycleSubscription fees are billed at the beginning of your subscription and then automatically at the start of each renewal period.

  CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period.

  RefundsRefund requests are handled through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Key points:

• We use analytics and attribution tools like Firebase Analytics and AppsFlyer.
• We may show ads via AdMob in the free version.
• Subscriptions may be managed via RevenueCat.
• We run our infrastructure on Google Cloud.
• We do not provide your uploaded photos/images to third parties for their own use.
• Uploaded photos and generated images are deleted from our servers after 30 days (unless you delete them sooner).
